This Site Privacy Policy describes how and why we might collect, store, use and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you visit this website (“Site”) and it also describes your rights arising from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to such processing arising from a visit to our website.

When you contact us in relation to employment opportunities at most, we collect personal information as part of the recruitment process (and if successful, your employment). You can learn more about this in our separate Global Candidate Privacy Policy.

When you engage with most in a business to business capacity other than via the Site as a supplier, client, or other interested party, then our separate Business to Business (“B2B”) Privacy Policy describes how we might process your personal information and also outlines your rights arising from Data Protection Regulations with respect to such processing.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us, our products and/or Services, by submitting an email enquiry via the Site.

What is our legal basis?
Where we use your personal information in connection with a business transition, to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights of third parties it is in our or a third party's legitimate interest to do so. For all other purposes described in this section, it is our legal obligation to use your personal information to comply with any legal obligations imposed upon us.

    We analyse your contact details with other personal information that we observe about you from your interactions with our Site.

most is a global technology firm and any information that we collect or that you provide to us may be shared and processed between both most legal entities.

Personal data (such as your name, address, or contact information) which you voluntarily disclose to us, for example in connection with a request for additional information, will be stored by us and only processed for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data.

We may also share personal information with the following categories of third parties as necessary:

  • Third parties to whom we outsource certain services such as, without limitation, document processing and translation services, confidential waste disposal, IT systems or software providers, IT Support service providers, document and information storage providers.

  • Regulators/tax authorities/government bodies.

  • Third party service providers to assist us with client insight analytics, such as Google

    Analytics.

    We may also need to share your personal information in the following situations :

    Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your personal data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

8. Third party contractors and other data controllers?

As mentioned above, we may appoint sub-contractor data processors as required to deliver the Services or to process your enquiry, such as, without limitation, document processing and translation services, confidential waste disposal, IT systems or software providers, IT Support service providers, document and information storage providers, who will process personal information on our behalf and at our direction. We conduct an appropriate level of due diligence and put in place contractual documentation in relation to any sub-contractor to ensure that they process personal information appropriately and according to our legal and regulatory obligations.

What is our legal basis?
It is necessary for us to perform our obligations in accordance with any contract that we may have with you. It is also in our legitimate interest or a third party's legitimate interest to use personal information in such a way to ensure that we provide the Services in the best way that we can.

9. Where do we transfer your information to?

In order to respond to your enquiry fully we may need to transfer, store or process your personal information to locations outside the jurisdiction in which you provide it.

If you are based within the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that where necessary to deliver the Services we will transfer personal information to countries outside the EEA , including to Move Fast LLC in the US.

We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commissions Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party data providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all personal information that the process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protections laws and regulations. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

10. How long do we keep your personal information for?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

11. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and form our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

12. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependents’ use of the Services.
